Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Axiclic website, SaaS platform, and related professional services. By using Axiclic, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
Axiclic is a SaaS platform that helps local businesses create professional websites (including automatic website generation from business information), manage and optimize Google Business Profile presence, and operate Google Ads campaigns. Features may be delivered as self-serve software, assisted onboarding / accompaniment, or a combination of both. Some capabilities may be in progressive rollout and are not guaranteed until explicitly enabled for your account.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must have authority to act for the business you represent.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
- You must provide accurate business and contact information.
3. Client content and website output
You retain ownership of content you provide (texts, logos, photos, business details). You grant Axiclic a non-exclusive license to use that content solely to deliver the service (including generating and hosting websites where applicable).
You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of content published on sites created for your business (offers, pricing claims, professional qualifications, and local compliance requirements).
4. Google integrations
Certain features require connecting Google accounts. By authorizing such connections, you instruct Axiclic to access Google APIs within the granted scopes. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings and, when available, from Axiclic.
Google products remain subject to Google’s own terms and policies. Axiclic is not responsible for outages, policy enforcement, or account suspensions imposed by Google.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent activity.
- Attempt to disrupt security, reverse engineer protected components, or abuse rate limits.
- Upload malware or infringing content.
- Use Axiclic to violate Google or advertising policies.
6. Fees and billing
Paid plans, setup fees, or managed-service fees (if any) will be communicated before purchase. Unless otherwise stated in a written order, fees are non-refundable once the corresponding service period has started, except where required by law.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable, especially during early product stages.
8. Intellectual property
Axiclic branding, software, templates, and documentation remain our property or that of our licensors. Except for client-owned content, no rights are transferred to you beyond the limited right to use the service under these Terms.
9. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other party’s non-public business information received in connection with the service and to use it only for performing contractual obligations.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Axiclic does not warrant specific ranking, traffic, lead volume, or advertising return outcomes.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axiclic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Axiclic for the service during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, or legal risk. Upon termination, we may delete or anonymize account data according to our Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention duties.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a mandatory protection law requires otherwise. Courts of Casablanca shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory venues.
